Cadets will fill out their own personal Cadet Promotion Tracker as they complete the tasks listed on it.

Once all “Achievement Requirements” are complete, Cadets will have their flight staff sign off that they have completed the requirements.

At this point, they will be eligible for a Promotion Review Board (PRB).

To request a PRB, the cadets must email their flight sergeant using the Civil Air Patrol email formatting and signature block.

From there, the flight staff will let them know that they are signed up for a PRB.
